We are always keen to buy strategic development land. We look for land which is suitable for future residential or commercial development then take it through the planning process to obtain a satisfactory planning consent.

Land could be bought outright or more usually under an option to buy which gives the seller the opportunity to share in the value uplift when planning consent is achieved.

We also buy agricultural land for long term investment purposes.
